Emigration database of Baden-Württemberg on-line

The application is completely webbased: servicing, editing and usage through CMS and proprietary developed backend
We use GPL-software wherever possible to reduce costs and enhance quality
The application is split on two servers to achieve better performance: a database-server with the emigrants' database and the CMS-server
The operating system is a Suse-Linux
All pages are dynamically generated with PHP or SixCMS
Users have the possibility to contact the operator to enhance future development of the application
